Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 1 Endorses Raja for State Senate

Pittsburgh, PA – Yesterday Raja, candidate for State Senate in Pennsylvania’s 37th Senatorial District announced the endorsement of FOP Fort Pitt Lodge No. 1

President Michael LaPorte, held a conference today with Raja, to announce that the nearly 2000 members of FOP Lodge No. 1 endorse Raja’s candidacy for State Senate.

“We look forward working with [Raja] and greatly appreciate [his] support for the officers who serve in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,” said President LaPorte.

Raja said of the endorsement, “It is a great honor to receive the support of the nearly 2000 men and women of the FOP. I would like to thank President LaPorte and Vice President Hanlon for their great work in support of local law enforcement officials. I will be a tireless advocate of people in uniform and my door will always be open to hear their needs and concerns. I believe in the potential of Pennsylvania and everything I do as State Senator will be in an effort to unlock that potential. That includes being a trusted advocate for the men and women who protect and serve.”
