Gov. Corbett endorses Raja for County Executive

MT. LEBANON, PA – Republican Governor Tom Corbett endorsed Allegheny County Executive candidate D. Raja today. “I am proud to endorse Raja for Allegheny County Executive. I know he’ll bring the job creation experience we need to the office,” said Governor Corbett.
“I am honored to have the support of Governor Corbett in my campaign for County Executive. Every day, we are picking up support all across our county towards our historic victory on May 17th,” said business owner and County Executive candidate D. Raja.
Raja’s campaign had previously been endorsed by Senator Toomey, Congressman Murphy, Majority Leader Turzai, State Senator Pippy, State Representative Mustio, State Representative Vulakovich, County Councilman Matt Drozd, Republican Committees of Allegheny County Chairman Jim Roddey and Vice Chair Dave Majernik. Republican Committees in McCandless, Marshall, Mt. Lebanon, Plum, Pine, and Franklin Park have also endorsed Raja’s campaign.
Raja Gains North Hills Endorsements

Mt. Lebanon – D.Raja continues to pick up key Republican endorsements in his race for Allegheny County Executive this week, securing the support of the McCandless, Marshall, Pine and Franklin Park Republican Committees. “I am very proud to have received the endorsement of the North Hills Republican Committees. The strong support throughout the county has been very encouraging, and I am looking forward to continue working with everyone across Allegheny County moving towards November,” said Raja.
Raja had previously been endorsed by the Mt. Lebanon and Plum Republican Committees, along with numerous Republican leaders across the state including Senator Pat Toomey, Rep. Tim Murphy, State House Majority Leader Mike Turzai and Allegheny Republican Committee Chairman Jim Roddey.
“Raja’s experience creating jobs and focus on bringing positive change and good government to Allegheny is resonating with voters across the county. People are recognizing he is the only candidate who can win in November, and more and more people are looking to support him to make sure that happens,” added Allegheny Republican Committee Vice Chairman Dave Majernik, who previously endorsed Raja’s campaign for County Executive.

GOP Chairman & Former Chief Executive and Vice Chairman Dave Majernik Join Growing List of Supporters
Mt. Lebanon, PA – Allegheny County Republican Committee Chairman and former Chief Executive Jim Roddey has endorsed D. Raja’s campaign for County Executive. “Raja can win in November. He shares my commitment to good government and will work to end the politics as usual mentality that is so pervasive right now in county government. His business experience makes him the only candidate who will make the changes we need to create jobs and streamline county government. Raja is going to be an extremely effective salesman for our region.”
Republican Committee of Allegheny County Vice Chairman Dave Majernik also endorsed Raja’s candidacy today. “As a conservative I am excited to back Raja’s campaign for County Executive. I know he will work hard to bring good paying jobs back to Allegheny County and is the only candidate in this race with that crucial job creating experience,” added Majernik. Roddey and Majernik join a growing list of Republican leaders supporting the CEO and Mt. Lebanon Commissioner’s bid for the chief executive office, including U.S. Senator Pat Toomey, Rep. Tim Murphy and State House Majority Leader Mike Turzai.
